Drive (700 m) from a beautiful beach and only 20 minutes by car from the historic Venetian city of Nafplio. Villa Livadia is located in a beautiful green natural environment a short distance from some quiet sandy and pebbly beaches and from the most famous archaeological sites in Greece (ancient theater of Epidaurus, Mycenae, Thyrinth, Nemea, Corinth). In a quiet spur of a mountain valley and accessible via a partially paved road of about 500 meters in length. The entrance to the villa site is protected by a remote controlled gate that opens onto the driveway to the villa. There is ample parking on site. The villa is surrounded by several terraced terraces with luxury garden furniture. The territory of Villa Livadia is surrounded by about 50 own olive trees and further pine and fruit trees.
