This charming stone house is quietly and idyllically situated on a hill planted with olive trees and wild pistachio. It offers a wonderful view of the sea and the coast of Turkey. The sandy beach at Karfas is only 300 metres from the house. The 90m² house can accommodate four adults and four children and is simply, but tastefully furnished. It has two bathrooms with a shower and toilet on each floor, and four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has a double bed and the other has two sofa beds each for one person, suitable for children. In front of these two bedrooms there is a pergola with a view of the sea. The kitchen equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle, as well as the bathroom, also face the pergola. The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two sofa beds each for one person, which children can sleep on. This bedroom also has a little kitchenette. In front of it there is a pergola with a wonderful view of the sea. Each pergola provides seating and two deckchairs. There is a grill and a private parking space is available. Please note that the house does not have a TV. The final cleaning is only payable during the main season, during the other months of the year it is included in the rental price. A car is recommended for getting around. The owner can arrange well-priced rental cars. There are little shops, restaurants and tavernas jut 300 metres from the house, as well as the Karfas sandy beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and ideal for children.
