Since May 2019 we offer you another luxury villa in Kalamaki on the south coast, in the bay of Messara. Villa 4, with outdoor kitchen, 2 shower rooms, pool and sunbathing area near the sea and beach! The modern villa is for 4 - 6 people, 145 square metres of living space, located in the immediate vicinity of the sea. Away from the village in a quiet location leaning against a dune, overlooking the small village of Kalamaki and the bay of Kalamaki, the Libyan Sea, 100 metres from the beach and sea. The private property is surrounded by a stone wall. The villa is comfortable, tastefully and uniquely decorated, the furniture is luxurious and the house is equipped with the latest smart home electronics.
The villa has been furnished with much love and attention to the smallest detail. Even in winter, the villa is a cosy holiday home with underfloor heating and a fireplace. The outdoor living area with shaded area, offers plenty of space around the swimming pool, 9.5 m x 4 m x 1.50 m, (salt electrolysis), a splash shower, an adjoining children's pool 3.50 m x 2 m x 0.40 cm and a relaxation bench, 2 day beds, 4 sun loungers and you can enjoy the view of the garden and the sea. The large outdoor kitchen with dining table, fridge-freezer, fireplace and barbecue adds to the comfort and unforgettable impression of the house.
Large panoramic windows offer spectacular views of the Libyan Sea and the Paximadi Islands. If you are a nature lover and long for peace and quiet, this modern villa is the perfect choice for you. The villa, which has an open-plan kitchen/living room, a large sofa bed, 2 airy bedrooms with double beds 1.60 m x 2.00 m, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The tasteful living area and the fully equipped kitchen with dining area, the large balcony, 43sqm, with seating area and dining table give an unobstructed view of the sea and in the evening of fantastic sunsets.
The beach of Kalamaki and the bay of Messara is kilometres long. Beach walks from the house are possible in both directions. Shops for daily needs, bars and the gastronomic offer of Kalamaki are very extensive. In addition to traditional Greek dishes such as pastitio, moussaka, gyros, lamb, fresh salads, delicious olive oil and wines, you can also choose from freshly caught fish and grilled octopus in the family taverna Delfinia. Are you a fan of Greek festivals? These are organised throughout the summer in the various villages in the area with live Cretan music. We will be happy to inform you.
You can park your hire car safely at the house, the 1,500 square metre property is surrounded by a natural stone wall and ornamental shrubs. You can reach the private car park through an electronically controlled gate.
