We are located in Polichrono Kassandra Chalkidiki, in a quiet area and at the same time only 4 minutes away from the village centre where you can reach many bars and restaurants. In our houses you will find everything a family needs for unique and comfortable holidays!

5X maisonettes for 3-4 people / 55 square metres + 7 square metres balcony*:
The five maisonettes consist of two floors and are all equipped in the same way. They have a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower/WC, where the washing machine is also located. The living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning.
The kitchenette is well equipped with an extractor bonnet, a coffee machine, two hotplates and a large fridge. The living area is furnished with two sofa beds, a dining table, a 42-inch flat-screen TV and a balcony with garden furniture offering a partial sea view.

Cleaning/bed linen/towels: The maisonettes are lightly cleaned and the bed linen and towels are changed every 4 days. The basic cleaning takes place once a week.

* All windows and balcony doors are protected with mosquito nets.
