The suites are located in a villa and allow you peace and privacy without restrictions. 2022 was the year of the complete refurbishment of the residence.
Suite on the 1st floor with balcony and sea view, in the middle of the park-like, wonderful grounds Two rooms await you, consisting of a bedroom and living area. The adjoining bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. The bedroom is furnished with loving attention to detail and has a double bed measuring 1.70 metres in width. In the living area you will find a living room with a small open-plan kitchen. There is space for a third person as there is a sofa bed. There is a satellite LED TV, stereo system and a DVD player. The kitchen is functionally furnished and has a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area. Air conditioning and heating are of course available. WLAN is available free of charge.
A park-like garden welcomes you with spacious grassy areas as well as cypresses, shrubs and palm trees. A large pergola and an outdoor barbecue invite you to eat and enjoy al fresco. Enjoy the beautiful weather on the communal terrace. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and some garden loungers. The view of Mount Athos and the whole of Halkidiki is indescribable. The property is fenced.
