Its only very recently totally renovated and is built on the hillside of Roussospiti village, offering stunning views of Cretan Sea and the picturesque village.As you enter the house there is a spacious open plan living space with dining area, a cozy living room with fireplace featuring a sofa than can be transformed into a single bed and a fully equipped kitchen which has all the necessary home appliances such as microwave, oven , cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, a big fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, grill/sandwich maker. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage rooms you will also find an iron, ironing board and first aid kit. There are two smart TV with satellite and connection to Netflix (only one of the two) ,music system and air condition units in every bedroom (use of a/c is included in the price). From the living room you have access to the veranda with amazing view. Leading through from the living room brings you to the spacious double bedroom. Next to this bedroom there is another one which consists of two single beds. Another spacious shaded veranda with dining area and a bbq to prepare your meals is also on the same floor. There is no better place to relax and have your dinner overlooking the sea and the landscape! On the ground floor there is also one of the bathrooms.A staircase brings you into the upstairs where you can find two more bedrooms, one double and the other with two single bedrooms. A small kitchenette and a living room, including a comfortable sofa-bed is also on this floor. Finally there is another bathroom and one more veranda. All bedrooms are equipped by brand-new quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and provide WiFi with internet access. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. EXTERIORThe spacious exterior of Coelum will not disappoint you in any way, in fact, the exteriors truly enhance this splendid Villa. A spacious lawn garden with local plants and flowers and 40 m2 swimming pool (children's pool is included, depth: 40 cm-190cm) provides one with the perfect opportunity to exercise and work up an appetite for a tasty meal cooked on the BBQ/Grill provided. Pool area is equipped with comfy sun beds and comfortable outdoor furniture. Next to the pool someone can also enjoy his meal as there is a shaded sitting area living room. At one end of the poolside terrace there is a beautifully positioned shaded kiosk with comfortable outdoor furniture, allowing you to relax at any time of the day.This is a completely private accommodation.
