Skaleta is one of the first-developed areas in Rethymno in terms of tourism. Staying on ground floor, on his left hand he will meet an open plan living room kitchen and dining area with direct access to the pool & Bbq area. Tastefully furnished and equipped with high end appliances everything he might need during his stay is there (fridge, microwave, oven, hob, filter coffee machine & Nespresso, dishwasher, boiler, multi, toaster, kitchen ware & uttensils and a 64'' smart Tv with Netflix.)On his right hand, he will find a first Wc, a seperate laundry room (washing machine & dryer are available) and the first two bedrooms with ensuite full bathrooms (one of them consists a king-size double bed, while the other has 2 single beds).Moving upstairs, he will find 4 more bedrooms (3 of them with king-size bed and 1 with two single beds.) All bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers and are equipped with anatomic matresses , hair dryers and a 43'' smart Tv with netflix.Furthermore, 3 of the upstairs bedrooms have private balconies overlooking either the sea and the pool or the mountains on the back.Complimentary wifi is available thorough the villa (inside and out) while airconditioning is available in all spaces.

In the front of the property, one can see a private 70sqm (1.5 deep) pool that includes a children's pool perfect to ensure that your little ones use it safely. Adittioanaly a 3seater non heated jacuzzi will provide moments of ultimate relaxation.All exterior high end furniture such us sunbeds, puff beds, outdoor living room and dining area maximise comfort and is where the group either of family /friends or couples will spend most of their time.On the back of the property, you will find a spacious lawn yard covered with a large children playground and a ping pong table.
