Description
Beautiful house with a wonderful garden. It’s located in a quiet area and is only 1,3km (0.8 miles) away from the beautiful sandy beach of Anavyssos.
The house is 60 sqm (about 645 sqft) in size. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with direct access to the garden.
The master bedroom has a double bed, a floor air conditioner, a multiple hanger, a closet & a door that leads to the backyard. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. Here you can also find some necessary essentials like detergents. The second bedroom has one single bed, a small window and a modern floor fan with ionization mode. The living room with the main entrance is fully furnished and has a TV, a DVD player / Home Cinema, a couch that can be converted to two single beds, a window and an air-conditioning unit. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances.
Outside there are two porches and the garden with a second bathroom (accessible from the backyard).
Besides the home, visitors will have full access to the garden.
The home is private and guests can enter and leave the property without needing to interact with the host. However, we are always willing to help with any questions or details if needed.

- 20min drive to the Temple of Poseidon in Sounion.
- 25min drive to the Southern Athens (Vouliagmeni, Voula, Glyfada).
- 50min drive to Central Athens (Parthenon, Acropolis museum, Plaka area and Monastiraki)
- 50min drive to Piraeus port (main port of Athens with numerous connections to the beautiful Greek islands).
- 25min drive to the port of Lavrio where Ferry boats depart daily for several islands of Cyclades.
- 25min drive to Attiki Odos which connects the two main National Roads of Greece.
Anavyssos is a sea-side settlement on the south-east part of Attica prefecture, very close to Athens (46km / 28 miles). The house is located on the Lakka neighborhood of Anavyssos. It is a tranquil residential area. The sandy beach of Anavyssos is very close (15 minute walk or just 2 minute by car) and it has various beach bars, which offers sunbeds and umbrellas. It is ideal for families and children and the waters are crystal clear. There are also many other beaches in the greater area, which among other things offer water sports, scuba diving etc. The seaside towns of Saronida, Agios Nikolaos and Palea Fokea, where you can find a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, bars and even movie theatres, are situated 3-4km (2 miles) away. One of the most important archaeological sites of Attica, the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounio, is 20km (12.5 miles) away. The drive there, along the Athenian Riviera, is breathtaking and once you arrive there you can go for a swim at the magnificent Sounio beach, with a view to the temple.
CAR HIGHLY ADVISED
- There is a city bus (122 / 123) that departs from Saronida's town square (3,2 km from the apartment) every half hour with connection to the Metro station at Ellinikon which will take you to the center of Athens.
- There is also a suburban bus (KTEL) with an hourly timetable that passes from the bus stop (around 1km from the apartment) which takes you to the center of Athens, Cape Sounion, the Temple of Poseidon or to the port of Lavrio where ferry boats depart for several greek islands.
