The farmhouse, surrounded by hills and with a wonderful view of the beautiful Tuscan and Umbrian countryside, is located in the green heart of Italy near Orvieto and the lake of Bolsena.

It has a swimming pool and a restaurant that offers dishes which combine modern and traditional cuisine; the whole is surrounded by a large, well-kept park.

The following services are available to guests: garden products, wood oven and barbecue, laundry, reception for information about the structure and the surrounding area, wireless zone and internet point, table tennis, swimming pool (13x8x1.50 m), Jacuzzi, playground for children, spacious parking, relaxing outdoor area, large garden.

On request: spa and sauna, transfer from / to the airports of Rome and Pisa or the station of Orvieto or Chiusi, with or without driver, hunting grounds, quad biking.

The farm gives the guests the opportunity to choose between four very comfortable apartments in a rustic style and different services (only accommodation, B&B, full board and half board, even for a single night).

Independent villa with living room, fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher and microwave) and four bedrooms. Three are located on the ground floor and each has a double bed (two single beds) and a private bathroom (two with shower and one with Jacuzzi); two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and one is also suitable for people with disabilities. The fourth bedroom with double bed is located on the attic. Private outdoor space under the arbor. The cottage has a separate entrance and is surrounded by a garden; each bedroom has a private entrance as well.
