Villa Marinjo is a refined, recently renovated semi-detached villa, immersed in the quietness of the Mediterranean maquis of Alcamo Marina. The property extends over more than 5,000 square metres of land, amidst centuries-old olive trees, maritime pines and authentic Mediterranean scents, offering a wide panoramic view of the sea.
Arranged entirely on one level, the villa welcomes guests with a spacious and bright living area overlooking the sea. The living area includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave and coffee machine and a laundry room.
The sleeping area consists of three elegant bedrooms: one twin and two doubles, one of which has a private bathroom, as well as a second bathroom with shower. Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets to ensure maximum comfort in all seasons.
The interiors, with attention to every detail, combine a contemporary style with 1970s design pieces and original artwork, creating a warm and refined atmosphere.
The living room opens onto a beautiful panoramic sea-view terrace, perfect for relaxing or sipping an aperitif at sunset. The kitchen leads instead to a cosy outdoor area furnished with a sun umbrella, dining table, chairs and a comfortable sitting area, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing.
From every corner of the house you can admire a suggestive view of the sea.
The owners occasionally live in the adjacent villa, however, there are no shared spaces and each area is for the exclusive use of the guests.
The sandy beach of Alcamo Marina is only 850 metres away and, in the immediate vicinity, there is a bar, a small market and a restaurant-pizzeria.
