Casa Canepa is located on the second floor, in a quiet, well-maintained building. It features a cosy living room with a private balcony overlooking the street, ideal for a breakfast in the sun or an aperitif in the open air, with a view over the rooftops of the neighbourhood and the authentic atmosphere of the old town. The separate kitchen is modern and functional, combining contemporary design and practicality. Dominated by neutral tones in grey and white, in harmony with the rest of the house, it has a refined parquet floor that lends warmth and style to the room. In the sleeping area we find a bedroom with two single beds and a large bright, quiet and air-conditioned double bedroom, with wooden window frames and parquet flooring that give warmth and comfort. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom, spacious and functional, equipped with a bathtub, double sink and neutral finishes, perfect for daily relaxation.
