Description

Villa Le Palme is located in the territory of Erice/Trapani, in the valley dominated by the mountain where lies the ancient village of Erice, renowned for its incomparable charm. The villa has a panoramic view of the sea and the coast that delimits the seaside town of San Vito Lo Capo and it is only 12 km away from the villa.

YYou enter inside the spacious and bright living room with large windows that lead directly to the verandas and the pool area. The living room has a cozy fireplace and a wooden staircase leading to the first floor and to the bedroom. The kitchen, which opens to the living room, is practical, cheerful and equipped with all necessary. It was built of masonry elements and fine and colored majolica tiles according to the typical Sicilian tradition. In the kitchen there is a pantry area and a glass door leading to a veranda with outdoor kitchen, BBQ and wood burning oven. On the ground floor there are one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double bedroom with stunning view of the sea, pool and garden below and a twin bedroom. The bathroom is with tub. The first-floor suite is an element of great beauty that embellishes the villa and it is reached by an external staircase to guarantee a complete privacy. This room is great place to "dream", surrounded by large windows overlooking the sea of San Vito Lo Capo and Monte Cofano that stretches out into the sea. Staying in the suite you have the opportunity not only to enjoy an exciting landscape but also a particular setting, characterized by a large Jacuzzi in the same bedroom to spend unforgettable moments in complete relax. The suite has still a further en-suite bathroom with whirlpool shower and a walk-in closet. The furnishings and interior colors make the house a very charming place. The annex of the villa can accommodate four people, in fact there are two rooms that consist of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and one twin with en-suite bathroom.
