ATTIC ANNA WONDERFUL SEA VIEW The newly built attic is strategically located in the main street of the town, just a few steps from all tourist services. Its location means you don't need to use your car, unless you want to visit our wonders that are only a few kilometres away. About 150 metres from the attic is the bus stop for buses to Palermo, Trapani, etc. The railway station is about 3 km away.
The attic is equipped with all comforts to ensure a holiday in complete relaxation and tranquillity, to this the owners always with great discretion will be present night and day for any of your needs. You don't need to bring anything as in the attic you will find: sheets, tablecloths, phone, ironing board, washing machine, clothes hanger, comfortable kitchen with all the equipment for your exclusive use, wi-fi internet, satellite TV etc. It has a double bedroom with air conditioning, the second bedroom with a comfortable single bed for two people and air conditioning, bathroom with large shower, kitchen and furnished terrace.
N.B. Heating and air conditioning at an extra charge. To be paid at the end of check-out according to consumption together with the tourist tax.
The penthouse has a half-covered terrace equipped with chairs, table, deckchairs and a relaxation area where you can enjoy excellent food in front of a breathtaking panorama.
