After a complete modernisation in 2009, this accommodation combines historical elegance with modern comfort. The interior of this three-storey gem is a real experience. On the ground floor, the rustically furnished living/dining room with open-plan kitchen and fireplace promises cosy hours. A highlight is the luxurious bathroom with bath, shower and jacuzzi as well as the adjoining conservatory, which is ideal for dining. The latter creates a warm atmosphere with its lovely furnishings. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a large double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV, which offers a wonderful view of the mountains. The second floor serves as another living room with convertible single beds, an additional children's bed and a cosy TV corner.

Outside, the house has a fully fenced area that guarantees privacy and security. There is a private car park right outside the front door as well as an inviting dining area under a canopy with outside light. The upper terrace boasts a large barbecue and a picturesque, covered stone table - perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing under the Dolomite sky.
