In the spacious pool area there is enough space for splashing, romping and relaxing for big and small guests. You live in a pleasantly quiet area of Bibione and reach the beautiful long sandy beach by a short walk of 1.2 kilometers. Your apartment is located directly by the pool. Offered by your holiday complex: 44 residential units. Activities: 2 communal outdoor pools 200 sqm (open from Mid-May to mid-September, pool is closed at lunchtime, depending on the weather), outdoor shower, deck chairs, parasol. Children's pool.For children: playground, slide, swing.Activities nearby: On the 8 to 10 km long and wide sandy beach, a varied animation program is offered daily free of charge for 3 hours in the morning and in the afternoon. This appeals to children as well as teens and adults. There is also the possibility of doing water sports of any kind (for a fee). For example, rent a pedal boat, surfboard or sailing boat. Even paragliding is possible. There are also fields for beach volleyball, football, tennis and bocce on the wide beachMobility : Not suitable for people with reduced mobility

Remarks:
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Pool is closed at around lunchtime. Opening depending on weather conditions. Bring towels. Only dogs up to 15 kg allowed. (Youth) groups only on request.
