Escape the hustle of everyday life at this luxurious escape, peacefully located a short walk from the sea and the famous Ripalta Caves.

Idyllically situated on a large plot of land, in the countryside just outside Bisceglie this impressive Villa has recently been restored and enjoys a separate annexe with additional accommodation.

Perfectly set up for outside living both properties are surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden that incorporates; an alfresco bar, a private dining area, a ping pong table, an incredible pool with a spacious sun terrace and an outdoor shower. Guests can relax in complete privacy in one of the comfortable seating areas, soak up the sun on a lounger, take time out in the gym or simply enjoy a hydro-massage in the pool.

Inside, the bright and airy Villa enjoys its original high ceilings, curved architecture and incorporates exposed stone details in the decor. The property is stylishly furnished throughout with a dining room large enough to host all the guests, a sideboard and a smart, flatscreen digital TV. There is also a separate kitchen complete with a small breakfast bar, an oven, an induction hob, an American fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and a juicer.

The annexe enjoys a large living space furnished with a sofa, two comfortable armchairs and a wardrobe, this area flows through to a dining room furnished with a double sofa bed and a small dining table. This property is also fitted with a small kitchen complete with a refrigerator, an oven and an induction hob.

Sleeping

Bedroom 1: The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a Smart TV. This room also enjoys an ensuite bathroom and opens onto the terrace through large French doors.

Bedrooms 2 & 3: The second and third bedrooms also enjoy ensuite bathrooms and are both furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a small desk and a Smart TV. Both rooms also enjoy access to a pretty balcony furnished with a table and chairs

Bedroom 4: The fourth bedroom (located in the annexe) is furnished with two single beds, a chest of drawers and a Smart TV

Location

The property is located on the Adriatic coast to the north of Bari on the outskirts of the historic city of Bisceglie in southern Italy. The sea and the Ripalta Caves are an 8-minute walk from the house and the local beach (recently awarded a Blue Flag) is a picturesque 20-minute walk away. Bisceglie’s old town reflects its medieval and Renaissance heritage. Bisceglie’s Cathedral is a 30-minute walk/9-minute drive away and houses several important works of art and Torre Normanna (a 25-minute walk/8-minute drive) offers panoramic views across the town and the Adriatic Sea.

The surrounding area offers a diverse range of attractions for visitors to explore it is particularly known for its wine production and the landscape is dotted with olive groves and vineyards.

Bari is a 35-minute drive away and here visitors can enjoy the Swabian Castle, Old Town and the city's waterfront. The nearby town of Trani, is also worth a trip (an 18-minute drive) and is known for its beautiful cathedral by the sea, picturesque harbour and impressive castle.

Other popular attractions nearby include the UNESCO World Heritage site of Alberobello renowned for its Trulli (a one-hour 10-minute drive away) and Monopoli (a one-hour drive) where visitors can explore the old town with its whitewashed buildings and visit some of the prettiest beaches in the area. For children, the Adventure Park ‘Indiana Park Castellana Grotte’ (a one-hour drive away) provides a wonderful day out.

The closest international airport to the accommodation is Bari Karol Wojtyla Airport (BRI) a 35-minute drive away.
