The living area includes a well-equipped kitchenette and a sofa bed. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and a covered veranda furnished with a table and six plastic chairs. The property is located in Cannigione di Arzachena, a charming coastal town on the northeast coast of Sardinia, boasting an idyllic setting on the Gulf of Arzachena. The region is known for its picturesque beaches, crystal-clear waters, and proximity to the world-famous Costa Smeralda. Cannigione offers a relaxed atmosphere, excellent restaurants serving Sardinian specialties, and numerous leisure activities such as boat trips, diving, and hiking.
