"La Casa di Maria" is a newly renovated flat on the ground floor of a private detached house in a quiet location away from all noise. Its strategic position is ideal for those who, travelling by car and after visiting the wonderful surroundings, need to relax. The flat is about 15 km from the centre of Cagliari. A motorway quickly connects to the south-east coast of Sardinia with its beautiful, world-famous beaches. From here it is also easy to reach archaeological and naturalistic destinations. About 2/3 km. away there are supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy. The flat is fully furnished with a separate kitchen, equipped with all utensils, microwave, steam cooker, toaster, coffee kettle. The living room has a fireplace, television. The bathroom is equipped with shower, hairdryer available. Air conditioning, wi-fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board available. At the entrance of the flat, large patio with table and armchairs, barbecue and private parking inside the courtyard, accessible by automatic gate opener.
