Description
The apartment is only 50 metres from the sea and the most beautiful beaches on the north coast of Sicily. It enjoys a central, but quiet location by the Lungomare beach promenade at Capo d’Orlando (13,200 inhabitants). All destinations around town are within easy walking distance. It is a 50-metre walk to the sandy beaches and an 8-minute walk to the town centre of Capo d’Orlando. There are various shops within five minutes.
The apartment of around 120m² is suitable for 2-6 people, as well as for two families who would like to spend their holiday together. Each family has its own private area within the house. The apartment is on the first floor of an apartment building and has a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table and washing machine, a living room and three bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a sofa and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has a wardrobe and two single beds that can also be joined together as a double bed. The third bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe and up to two supplementary beds or a sitting corner. The bathroom provides a bath/shower, WC, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer.
All the rooms open onto one of the three balconies with a mountain, garden and sea view and of the Aeolian Islands on the horizon. The house is on a private site with its own driveway and parking space.
The apartment is ideal for a family holiday, a seaside holiday, walking, cycling and visits. The light sandy beach here on the north coast is free for everyone and is also suitable for children. Several lidos along the beach ensure catering and entertainment during the summer months.
