We suggest to pay a visit to the following places: Naturalistic reserve of Zingaro and Scopello village (50kms); Trapani (60 kms); Capo Gallo naturalistic reserve (15kms); Cefalù (60 kms).

The villa shows 3 bedrooms two of them with en-suite, and a living room with a full equipped kitchen.

Adjacent to the living area is a charming gazebo with sofa and coffee tables.
In the living room there is also a sofa bed.
The house is equipped with all the essentials for a wonderful holiday.
Bedrooms (3) and bathrooms (4): three double bedrooms, two en-suite; another bathroom is in the living room. All interior bathrooms are with shower. There is another bathroom and an outside shower in the pool area. NOTE:electricity is included in the price up to a consumption of 100 kWh per week, beyond this limit it will cost 0.50 cents per Kwh.

Mamma Manda is fully immersed in a lush park, with tropical and Mediterranean plants. Here you can find the charming pool (15x5 mt) and adjcent to it there is the BBQ area ideal for unforgettable Sicilian meals. Hammocks, deckchairs, umbrellas, lounges, cushions, armchairs... will make your stay in the park very comfortable.
In the park there is also a bathroom and an outdoor shower..
