Refined apartment with swimming pool, immersed in the green countryside of Carpignano Salentino, in the so-called Grecìa, very close to enchanting beaches, breathtaking rocky coasts, cultural centers and excellent dining venues.

The elegant house is part of a complex of two apartments and a villa, which share the huge garden, of approximately 20,000 m2, full of plants and flowers of local and exotic species. The floral variety is embellished with a wonderful infinity pool with an equipped relaxation area (deckchairs, hammocks, table with chairs), surrounded by a soft English lawn.

In front of the pool area, we find a stone barbecue with large marble table (ideal for barbecues), an outdoor kitchen with dishwasher and a complete bathroom. Also on the estate, there is a five-a-side football pitch, a small fitness area and two pajare, ancient buildings made with the drywall technique, typical of Salento.

The apartment has two double bedrooms, a complete bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room with sofa, which can, if necessary, be used as a single bed. The kitchen features a coffee machine, an induction hob, a microwave, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge and a freezer.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Outside, a delightful veranda in the shade of the vines, with an enchanting view of the pool, will allow you to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.

This housing unit has two entrances to the living room, from the veranda and from the stairwell. In the magnificent garden, you can walk while breathing in the scents of the Mediterranean countryside, read a good book in the shade of a pine tree or cool off in the blue swimming pool. If you feel like exploring the area, fantastic tourist destinations or authentic, sunny villages await you.
The discreet owner lives on the attic with whom you will share the use of the garden and pool.
