Spacious apartment with a pretty terrace and garden, just 150 meters from the fine sandy beach and therefore an ideal starting point for a beach holiday.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The upper part of the house is inhabited.

General:
One big communication lie: the only saving grace was our host who tried his best to be helpfull. 1. Unable to find address. Host had to come and fetch us. Foto of entrance road send separately will explain why. Location holiday park. Where? Sea view where? Foto of view send separately. Spoken three languages. No only possible via Whatsapp. Airconditioning NOT inclusive as separate energy bill had to be paid separately ( in cash ). At arrival 18 euro paid for tuorist tax but allso 150 euro "pulizia = cleaning " in cash. Deposit was not required. No hotwater kettle as apparently only coffee is consumed. Quiet surroundings until the top floor tenants arrived. Since then we became part of the Sicilian live if you like it. Other facilities were avallable but only in the cheapest variations of Ikea. Not at all the level that we are used to see from Belvilla.
