Description
The flat is part of our holiday house in a villa with garden, consisting of 4 flats all on the ground floor. We are in a very quiet and peaceful residential area, but not isolated, surrounded by greenery for relaxing holidays, with sea view. We are 5 minutes from the beach, with a large garden equipped for outdoor dining and sea view. area suitable for outdoor walks!
Two-room flat with separate entrance, located on the ground floor. Suitable for couples or family of 2 adults plus child. It consists of: kitchen with kitchenette and living area (with single sofa bed) bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom with shower cubicle, bathtub, utility room with washing machine. Possibility of a cot for a child (up to 4 years). We rent it with many conveniences such as satellite TV, iron and ironing board, clothesline, microwave, washing machine, toaster, etc. We have a water supply and the windows are all fitted with mosquito nets. There is also a free beach umbrella available for each flat.
It is in an annex adjoining the main building, it is an old and typical country cottage (stazzo gallurese) renovated but respecting the original structure.
