The holiday house stands alone, just a few steps from the sea. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a lawn and it is ideal for families with children.f you want to spend your vacation close to the sea and in a villa surrounded by a nice garden: COME AND VISIT US.Villa "GIOVY" is for exclusive use and has a GREAT SEAVIEW, as well as a large private car park. It has 3 bedrooms and a living area with a large living-dining-kitchen overlooking the garden, a large terrace with a wonderful seaview.
The house can accommodate up to six people and has direct access to a sandy beach, along a private path. There are three bedrooms with 3 double beds . It has a big living room with an adjoining, well-equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms with a shower and WC. Air conditioning and wireless Internet access are available.
Outside there are two verandas and a terrace with seating furniture. A parking space is available.
