Description
This holiday home is located in the resort of Torre delle Stelle (30 km from Cagliari and 18 km from Villasimius) in a quiet and sunny location, 300 m from the sea.
The garden, dominated by a large, ancient mastic tree, is composed of typical Mediterranean plants (surrounding the villa on three sides) and is adjacent to an outdoor loggia. The property also has a small patio with table and chairs, a barbecue and a traditional wood-burning oven. Parking for two cars on the property, 80-litre water heater, fenced property.
The house is surrounded by a garden on three sides, consisting externally of front loggia and covered patio. Internally equipped, it consists of a large living room with TV, fireplace, wicker sofa and armchairs (which can also be used outdoors), a large table with bench and chairs, a small kitchenette with four burners, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer; a bright double bedroom with air conditioning, a spacious wardrobe; a small bedroom with 1 bunk bed (two places) and chest of drawers; a complete bathroom with washing machine.
The house is about 300 metres from the beach of Cann'e Sisa - reachable on foot in a few minutes - and 3 minutes by car from the beach of Genn'e Mari. Within the locality - reachable in 2-5 minutes by car - there are many services (restaurants, market, fishmonger's, cash dispenser, ecological island for waste delivery, pharmacy, tennis and basketball courts etc). The resort is also 5 minutes by car from the beautiful Mari Pintau and Cala Regina, 7-8 minutes from the beach of Solanas, 20-30 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Villasimius and Costa Rei. A few minutes away is the village of Solanas with various shops and Villasimius, a well-known tourist resort in South Sardinia. Agriturismi and various restaurants in the area are also a few minutes away from the resort of Torre delle Stelle.
English, French, Spanish, Italian are spoken. Pets not allowed. To access the property and move around the area, a car is essential. Linen (sheets and towels) is provided separately, as indicated in the 'incidental expenses' section. Electricity and water consumption are also extra and will be paid at the end of your stay or taken from your security deposit. Please note that the owner (or his delegate) will have access to the garden of the house for watering during the summer season, approximately twice a week and depending on temperatures and weather conditions.
