Large studio on the first floor of a detached villa, with independent access. In the large living room there is a brand new king-size sofa bed with an extra-comfort mattress, an additional single folding bed suitable for children or adolescents, a dining table with 3 stools, a kitchenette, a bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower; there is a covered terrace furnished with a wicker seating area, with a panoramic view of the sea of ??the gulf of angels, which allows you to enjoy the cool of the evening and the beautiful summer sunsets. Possibility to add up to 2 additional beds for children up to two years old. Air conditioning summer and winter.
On request, it is possible for families or large groups (up to 12 people maximum) to rent the whole villa in bulk (request details on the total price at the time of requesting information. A special offer will be sent that includes the entire villa).
The villa is surrounded by thick Mediterranean vegetation.
Nearby, two beaches (Cannesisa and Genne'mari) easily accessible by car or on foot along the rocks (Cannesisa).
