The property is on two levels: on the ground floor is the living room with a light-colored equipped kitchen, anteroom and bathroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double, with a veranda facing the sea, one twin with separate beds and bathroom. both bedrooms are air conditioned with heat pumps. complete the garden in front of the entrance. the accommodation is suitable for couples and families (with children). The residence is newly built, the sleeping area is air-conditioned with wall split. the external lighting is programmed by the property to make access to the house more comfortable in the evening hours. The LCD television is located in the living area and is equipped with satellite connection on the Tivùsat platform. the house is built, with thermal insulation on the roof.
