Description
VIllacinisi is located in the charming seaside resort of Marina di Cinisi, in the Magaggiari area.
Magaggiari is a pretty little beach where you can find both a public beach and an establishment with beach umbrella and deckchair hire.
The village is just a few minutes away and can also be reached on foot.
The most famous restaurants in the area are less than 1000 metres from the villa.
Both the airport and the motorway are very close. The proximity of the airport does not disturb the peace and quiet of the place.
On the ground floor we find the kitchen-living room, with a complete American-style kitchen, equipped with 4 gas cookers of various sizes and a fairly large electric oven. In the kitchen is the main table which can seat 6 persons.
Also on the ground floor are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The first bedroom, the largest, contains a standard size double bed (1.80 m) and a spacious double wardrobe.
The second bedroom contains a standard double bed (1.80) and a bunk bed. The wardrobes are located just outside the room.
A sitting room and a bathroom with shower and ante-bathroom complete the ground floor.
On the first floor we have a standard double bedroom with two lockers with large drawers and shelves.
There is also a terrace with a sea view.
Air conditioning is in all rooms, including the kitchen.
On the ground floor there is a TV with satellite connection. There is no subscription but it is possible to watch national channels.
The outside is very spacious, with a large terrace with a patio and wooden canopy.
Under the canopy is the large table, seating 10, as well as a marble top with two sinks.
On the terrace there is an outdoor seating area with cushions, as well as deck chairs.
There is also an outdoor shower.
The garden is very large and shows off its beauty with lemon, orange, pear, lotus and fig trees.
Outside is the swimming pool, sufficient for a fun and refreshing stay.
Accompanying all this is a capacious barbecue for dinners or lunches with roasted food.
The villa is located on a private road with no exit, so it is safe and not at all dangerous.
The nearest beach is less than 2000 metres from the villa. It is equipped and welcoming. Next to the beach are the most popular clubs and restaurants in the area.
