External Area and Swimming pool There are several spots, spread here and there in the outdoor spaces, furnished with modern furniture. The rectangular swimming pool with a Jacuzzi area measures 6x11 and 1.40m deep and is fenced and equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds. The house has a portico on the ground floor furnished with tables and chairs also accessed from the kitchen for outdoor dinners, as well as a lathwork canopy with tables and chairs in front of the swimming pool for relaxing moments. From the entrance on the ground floor you reach a large living room with fireplace, sofas and satellite TV.
