The apartment is small, very bright, comfortable and functional, a bit like a boat in which the sea is the master. Thanks to the exclusive parking space, there will never be a problem with parking, even when you come in the high season and it will be very convenient to park under the house to carry your shopping. . SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN IN THE WHOLE PROPERTY, BOTH INSIDE THE APARTMENT AND ON THE TERRACE.

Everything is very convenient and close: from the bar at 50 m for an espresso coffee, to the restaurant at 50 m for a dinner at sunset. 2 markets that can be reached in a very short time, even on foot (Piazzetta Maya at 700 m), as well as other shops.
