Quietly situated on the outskirts of the pretty seaside town of Santa Caterina this carefully restored villa is the ideal choice for a tranquil holiday escape with large groups of friends or family.

The characterful property has been beautifully finished and features whitewashed walls, a pretty tiled floor, high curved stone ceilings and exposed stone archways. There is a bright and airy dining room for guests to enjoy and a separate kitchen fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer.

Outside the property is ideally set up for alfresco living, guests can soak up the sun on one of the terraces around the swimming pool, have fun on the tennis courts or prepare meals on the BBQ. There is also a spacious logia that leads directly off the kitchen where guests can enjoy the comfortable seating area or dine with a garden view.

The property is situated in Puglia, southern Italy on the outskirts of Santa Caterina a pretty coastal town known for its beaches; Spiaggia di Santa Caterina is a 2-minute drive and Porto Selvaggio Beach, 15-minutes in the car. Nature lovers will enjoy the protected Natural Park of Porto Selvaggio (a 15-minute drive), here visitors can explore scenic coastal trails, hidden coves and ancient olive groves. The closest supermarket is a 2-minute drive and there are several restaurants less than a 10-minutes in the car.

Popular excursions nearby include a visit to the historic town of Gallipoli (a 15-minute drive), a trip to the beautiful Baroque city of Lecce, (a 30-minute drive) known as the "Florence of the South" or a day out in the picturesque city of Otranto (a 45-minute drive) exploring its beaches, charming old town and medieval castle.
