Charming bungalow in an estate surrounded by greenery in Poggiardo, a Salento municipality a few kilometers from the enchanting beaches of Castro, Porto Miggiano and Santa Cesarea Terme.
The structure has two bedrooms (one double and one with two singles, which can be joined into a double) and a complete bathroom with shower. Outside it has: a kitchen equipped with TV, table and chairs for dining, washing machine; an exclusively equipped covered veranda; an outdoor shower; a barbecue fireplace.
For shared use with the other bungalow on the estate, there is the splendid swimming pool with relaxation area equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas, ideal for enjoying the sunny summer days. Also outside is a children's play area with slides and other games. Possibility of parking outside the structure.
Ideal for families or groups of 4 people.Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of June 2024 to the 31st of August 2024
