On the terrace there is an outdoor, sheltered shower with hot water, barbecue and outdoor washing machine. The furnishings are neat and refined (iroko parquet and Vietri ceramic tiles). The house is air-conditioned with heat pump elements to enjoy it, together with the fireplace in the living room, even during the winter period.
