It is an elegant and bright two-room flat with an enchanting 360-degree view of the bay of Mazzaró, Capo S. Alessio, the Ionian coast with the picturesque medieval village of Forza D'Agrò, the Calabrian coast, the Peloritani Mountains and the blue Ionian Sea. The flat is located in a quiet residential area in a position away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. This delightful flat will suit you whether you decide to spend only a few days there or stay longer to enjoy the beauty and entertainment that Taormina has to offer. You will find everything you need to feel at home!
To relax and enjoy the splendid panorama, the terrace is equipped with a small sitting area with a small table and two comfortable armchairs and a dining area with a table and chairs belonging exclusively to the flat .
The swimming pool is open from May to 31 October from 08:30 to 20:00. The pool is shared with 3 other flats. The swimming pool regulations are available at the property.
Parking is available in the area for a fee.
The air-conditioned accommodation consists of a large living area with a comfortable sofa bed for two persons, a flat-screen TV corner, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom with comfortable double bed from which you can admire the view and a bathroom with bidet and shower complete the accommodation. In the corridor there is a large built-in wardrobe.
The centre of Taormina with restaurants and shops is about 800 m away. The beaches are approx. 4 km away and can be reached by cable car (approx. 900 m away) or by bus (approx. 900 m away) or by own transport. The bus terminal connects Taormina with Catania airport and all the most important centres in Sicily, from where the most beautiful excursions to Mount Etna, the Aeolian Islands, Syracuse , Ragusa, Noto, Piazza Armerina , Agrigento etc. depart.
The property is equipped with a communal lift. For children a cot is available on request at an extra charge. There are also books and board games in the accommodation. In Taormina there is separate waste collection; in the flat you will find all the useful information about it: a calendar with the various weekly pick-ups and the bins with the various signs (for those who do not make separate waste collection there will be a surcharge).
