With a sunny living area, garden access, and a fully equipped kitchen, this villa is designed for relaxation and connection. Perfect for families or groups, the home features four cozy bedrooms with box-spring beds, three modern bathrooms (including an ensuite), and a washing machine for added convenience. Two private parking spaces make arrival easy, and the lush garden terrace is perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets. Bring your four-legged friend along—pets are warmly welcome! Take scenic walks with your dog through the nearby De Maasduinen National Park or stroll along the banks of the Maas River. Some cafés in Arcen even offer pet-friendly patios, so no one misses out. And while your pet naps after the adventure, treat yourself to 2.5 hours of complimentary access to the rejuvenating Thermaalbad Arcen spa, just steps away from the villa. Note: Between September 7 and 11, 2026, a large group will be staying at Klein Vink. The group will host party evenings on Monday and Tuesday in the general parking area. Please be aware that these events, as well as the group’s stay, may result in some noise disturbance during this period. We appreciate your understanding. Thermal Bath is open from 08:30 to 22:00, with saunas closing at 20:00, pools at 21:30, and the brasserie at 21:00.
