This detached villa is located on the water in holiday park Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad, just 400 m from the North Sea beach and 13 km from the renowned and charming Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. The villa is completely and comfortably furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you will find, in addition to the living room with a TV with streaming function and a Playstation 4, an open kitchen and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower. In the hallway, you'll have a separate toilet at your disposal. On the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, whether or not in a 2-person setup. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a nice infrared sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. There is a second separate toilet on the landing. Through the patio doors, you can reach the partly enclosed garden on the water with a covered terrace with a heater and garden furniture. There also are sun loungers. At the water, you will find a private jetty with a rowing boat; fun for young and old! There is parking for two cars at the villa.
