The holiday home sits on a very spacious plot and shares play and water sports facilities with the neighboring house on the property line. There is a spacious garden with patio furniture and an outdoor spa where you can relax. Vlagtwedde is a small town known for its picturesque landscape, rich history, and cultural heritage. It is located near the German border and is surrounded by forests, meadows, and rivers. You can enjoy walking, cycling, and fishing in the nearby nature reserves. The thatched farmhouse sits on a very generous plot and shares play and water sports facilities with the neighboring house, such as a net swing, a large trampoline, a horizontal bar, and a seesaw. The accommodation features a spacious garden with a furnished terrace including a lounge sofa, sun loungers, a picnic table with a thatched parasol, an outdoor spa with room for six guests, and a cold-water plunge pool. You can also use the 2-person kayak, 2-person canoe, 4-person pedal boat, 2 SUP boards, and a children's rowboat. Note: Regional regulations impose penalties for exceeding the permitted 8 beds.

The holiday home stands on a very spacious plot and shares play and water sports facilities with the neighboring house on the property boundary. During the water sports season from the beginning of May to September, the open tour boat with outboard motor is ready at the jetty. a spacious garden with a spacious terrace with patio furniture including lounge sofa, picnic table with thatched parasol, 2 sun loungers, a 6-person outdoor spa and a cold water plunge pool. There is also an outdoor fireplace/BBQ.A jetty/decking with bathing ladder is on the waterfront.For shared use with the neighbors of the Lethehuis, you share the facilities on the property boundary. There is a net swing, large trampoline, seesaw and horizontal bar. There are a 2-person kayak and a 2-person canoe ready and a 6-person pedal boat at the jetty. These are available from May to September. Beautiful view over the water where the tour boat is ready for you to use at the jetty from May to September. The touring boat with outboard motor is easy to operate (no license required) by means of throttle. A short sailing instruction is provided on arrival. There are (children's) life jackets, boat cushions, spray hood, tarpaulin and fenders in the storage room. Also 2 SUP boards and a children's (play) rowing boat.

Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
