The large sunny garden is fully fenced (ideal for dogs and small children) and offers a lot of privacy in a green environment. The house has a large veranda, barbecue, dining table for 6 people and sun beds.

The entire house was completely renovated in June 2021, with no expense spared. The park has a large playing field with various toys. There is an all-weather tennis court, an outdoor swimming pool, trampoline, table tennis table and a football table. There is also a pool table inside the restaurant. Stavenisse is a very small picturesque village with a cosy harbour located on the Oosterschelde estuary. There is a small sandy beach at the harbour. Stavenisse is very popular with divers and other water sports enthusiasts. Nature is very beautiful here, surroundings exude tranquillity and space. But if you prefer the hustle and bustle, that's no problem either. Within an hour's drive you can be in Antwerp, Rotterdam, Goes Zierikzee, Middelburg or Vlissingen.
