Luxury XXL semi-detached house, premium class, with exclusive furnishings, a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of single-family houses and elegant villas. It is close to the center of the resort, where you can find numerous bars, restaurants and shops with basic articles. Kolobrzeg, which is adjacent to Grzybów, invites you for more shopping or looking for more attractions. The hosts only accept guests over the age of 16. The 3-storey house is located on a fenced, secure property. On the ground floor there is a large, open space with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. On the ground floor there is also 1 bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and an additional toilet. On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a recreation room. Upstairs, in the attic, there is a fourth bedroom with its own bathroom. The facility is equipped with a washing machine (use for an additional fee: 50 Eur/week). The house has 2 spacious terraces with an elegant set of lounge furniture - here you can spend a warm summer evening relaxing, for example, with a glass of wine. There is also a balcony upstairs. Barbecue facilities are available on site. There is secure parking. The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, WiFi, parking, final cleaning, baby cots and high chairs (prior notification required). Additional change of towels or bed linen payable on site additionally (10 Eur/person). The house is intended for rest only for adults (from 16 years of age). The excellent location allows direct and quick access to a wonderful and wide beach. Only 100 m from the apartment complex there is the longest bicycle path in Poland (R-10), which can be easily and pleasantly visited by bike to the neighboring resorts: Kolobrzeg, Dzwirzyno, Sianozety, Ustronie Morskie. Grzybowo is a seaside town often chosen by tourists due to its wonderful character and location between Kolobrzeg and Dzwirzyn. Both towns offer many attractions. During your stay at our resort, you can go to the beautiful sandy beach enjoying the wonderful sea water and clean air rich in iodine. For active people, there is a seaside bicycle path lying along the seaside belt. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops in the area. For those who need more attractions, you can go to the neighboring Kolobrzeg, where you can visit the seaport, take a walk on the pier or along the seaside promenade. Kolobrzeg is a vibrant city with a wide range of cultural and entertainment events, numerous concerts and outdoor attractions. Kolobrzeg can be reached by regular public transport, by bike or by car. Dzwirzyno, neighboring with Grzybów from the west, is also a seaside town. It has a calmer atmosphere. It is worth visiting this settlement because of the Resko Lake, where you can spend time actively renting various types of swimming equipment. The main attraction on the lake is windsurfing due to the shallow state of the lake and the favorable wind. Dzwirzyno is also a fishing port, where you can not only buy fresh fish straight from the cutter, but also try many fish dishes in the local fishing taverns. After a whole day, you can return to the seclusion offered by Grzybowo and relax in our climatic holiday complex.
