House:
On a fenced property, 480 m from the sea, a few steps from the center of the village, there is an intimate, family holiday resort. It includes only 6 nice two-story holiday houses. Comfortable holiday houses, in terraced houses, have 2 floors. On the ground floor of each of them there is a spacious living room connected to the kitchen. There is a table with chairs, a TV and a 2-seater sofa bed. There is also a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. There are 2 separate bedrooms on the upper floor. Each has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. One of these two bedrooms has access to the balcony (covered). On the ground floor there is also a large, covered terrace with a set of garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The cottages have the option of electric heating. On the fenced, well-kept area of the resort there is a parking lot and an attractive playground for children. The resort accepts guests with dogs (up to 10 kg). The price of the stay includes: bed linen, final cleaning, parking, baby cot (on request). Attractions in the area: Mielenko is a small settlement on the outskirts of Mielno, a popular seaside resort. There you will find many recreational facilities, restaurants and cafes. There are also several shops and bars near the resort. In the vicinity of the resort there is an international bicycle route R-10, which makes it easy and convenient to get to other neighboring seaside towns by bike: Mielno (a larger resort with many attractions, restaurants, larger shops), Chlopy (a small, historic fishing village), Lazy, Sarbinowo, Gaski. 3 km from the resort there is Lake Jamno with a marina, water equipment rental (water bikes, kayaks, rowing boats). There are also fishing spots here. It may not be a particularly attractive reservoir for bathing enthusiasts, but it is an ideal place for water sports (windsurfing, kitesurfing - rental and school) and for anglers. Inland, the city of Koszalin awaits you (twelve kilometers, which can also be covered by a comfortable bicycle path). Regardless of whether you are interested in culture or nature, going for long shopping trips or just out of curiosity, this second largest city in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship has a lot to offer: the forest complex around Gollenberg (Chelmska Mountain), the tourist route of the old towns, medieval city walls, the castle church and many other sights. In addition, there is also a very large water park. There are several shopping centers in Koszalin.
