The development offers access to 2 large terraces overlooking the lake and the sea (they are located on the 6th floor). There is also an enclosed bicycle room. The building of the facility is located in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea, which makes it an ideal offer for people seeking contact with the pearl of the Polish north. Those who prefer summer bathing in fresh water will also find something for themselves here, as Lake Resko Przymorskie is located in close proximity.
