A quiet villa district on the outskirts of the attractive Baltic Sea resort (Rowy), near a forest. The beach is 1.2 km away and the town center is approximately 800 meters away. This comfortable, spacious holiday home is situated on a private, fenced property. The house has two floors. On the ground floor, there's a living room with access to the terrace (with a sofa bed, TV, and fireplace), a large, well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, and two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bathtub). One of the bathrooms has a washer-dryer. On the first floor, there are four separate bedrooms (one with a balcony). The house has a covered terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a fireplace. The house is heated by a fireplace (wood is included in the price). Underfloor heating is available in the bathrooms and kitchen. Wi-Fi is available, and secure parking is available. Included in the price: Bed linen, towels, electricity, water, firewood, heating, final cleaning, internet, and parking are included. A cot and highchair are available upon request. The resort of Rowy lies between the Baltic Sea and Lake Gardno. The village boasts a wide range of well-rated bars and restaurants. A short walk from the holiday home through the town center and across the Lupawa River, which connects the open sea with the lake, leads to the gates of Slowinski National Park (the third largest in Poland). Numerous charming walking trails allow you to visit its main attractions: the Czolpino lighthouse, a flooded forest, shifting dunes, heathlands, a lighthouse keepers' settlement, and viewpoints over Lake Gardno. Walking along the dunes, which can reach up to 40 meters, is an incredible experience. The park stretches for approximately 35 km along the coast, between Rowy and another attractive seaside resort, Leba. The beach in Rowy is exceptionally wide. In the village, it's worth visiting the fishing port and the neo-Romanesque church.
