DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING AND SURROUNDINGS:

Apartment located in a modern building, in close proximity to the centre of Rzeszów. It is a very attractive location and well communicated part of the city. The nearest bus stop is only 40 m away. The vicinity of the building is dominated by green areas, which is sure to have a relaxing effect on our guests and put them in a good mood. In the surroundings of the flat there are many restaurants and cafés where you can have a good time and a delicious meal. A large supermarket is only 290 m away, where you can go shopping and stock up on essentials. The distance from the flat to the Rzeszów Glówny Railway Station can be covered by car in only 12 minutes. 2.8 km from the flat there is the Park of Culture and Recreation in Rzeszów, where you can admire the amphitheatre and spend a nice time surrounded by nature. The Wislok River, which flows through the city, is also located nearby.

The elegantly furnished bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps. The flat also has a comfortable large balcony with garden furniture. It is therefore possible to drink your morning coffee while enjoying the picturesque view. The kitchenette has been stocked with all the daily essentials such as, crockery, cutlery and pots. It also has a microwave, oven, induction hob, kettle and dishwasher. Our guests are provided with tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries, towels and fresh bed linen. The functionally furnished bathroom with shower cubicle is equipped with a washing machine, which will certainly make longer stays easier. WIFI internet access is also provided. The TV in the flat has a Smart TV function, which will certainly make evening relaxation with favourite films more pleasant.
