DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING AND AREA:

Comfortably designed apartment located in the seaside town of Sarbinowo on Marynarska street. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in one of the four buildings in a gated resort complex at 10 Marynarska St. The complex offers a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool open in season - free of charge and a garden, a gym, sports fields and playgrounds. The modern apartment building lies about 600 meters from the sandy beach. The promenade in Sarbinowo is one of the most beautiful walking facilities at the Polish seaside. From it you can see, among other things, the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, as well as admire the magnificent sunrises and sunsets. Along the promenade there are numerous cafes, bars and food gardens. The area is also popular with cycling enthusiasts. At a distance of 2.5 km from the property lies the Chlopy Molo, and it is about 6 km to the Lighthouse in Gaski. The city of Mielno can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

This two bedroom apartment offers a high standard of comfort and convenience. It is designed in a modern style, and the interior design is stylish and elegant. The main room is the living room, which invites you to rest and relax after an eventful day. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV, which provides the perfect place to relax and watch your favorite programmes. In addition, a dining table with chairs provides a comfortable place to eat meals together. From the living room you can go out to the furnished balcony, where you can enjoy the beautiful views and peace, as well as relax on the prepared chairs. The apartment has two bedrooms with comfortable beds that guarantee a relaxing sleep. Each bedroom has capacious wardrobes and bedside tables, which ensures a comfortable stay. The bathroom is a private space with a shower, sink and toilet. It is decorated in a modern style and comes with towels and toiletries. We also invite guests traveling with pets, because it is a pet-friendly apartment (PLN 100/Stay). In addition, a spa is available at the BALTIN BLU facility.
