An ideal location, 200 meters from the seaside beach, in a quiet setting, surrounded by endless meadows, on the edge of Ustronie Morskie (Lasin Koszalinski). Here, the only sounds you'll hear are the birds and the wind, your eyes can reach the horizon, and every night you can see the stars. This traditionally built, country log house offers accommodation in five comfortable, two-story apartments. Each has a separate entrance and a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. On the ground floor of each apartment, there's a large living room (TV, dining table, double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there's a spacious double bedroom with a balcony. Air conditioning with both cooling and heating functions is available. High-speed wireless internet is available. The well-maintained, fenced grounds surrounding the house feature a large garden shed, furnished with hammocks, loungers, and large tables. There's also a sauna (for an additional fee). Bicycles are also available for rent and a shared washing machine is available for use. Secure parking is available (one space per apartment included in the price) and an electric car charger is available. According to guests' request, a catering company provides breakfasts and lunches prepared with fresh regional products. The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, air conditioning, heating, resort tax, parking (one space per apartment), and internet. A cot and highchair are available upon request. Lasin Koszalinski is a charming village on the Czerwona River. Its biggest attraction is the beach, which is not crowded even during the peak tourist season. The area is ideal for long walks. An alternative to the cool waters of the Baltic Sea is the nearby indoor swimming pool, which also has tennis courts. Evening entertainment is provided by the well-equipped center of Ustronie Morskie, which is approximately 3.5 km from the resort.
