There is the charming Stanislaw Tolpa Park with a water reservoir and an amazing view of the unique University of Wroclaw building. It takes only a quarter of an hour by car from the flat to the famous Wroclaw Market Square - allowing you to quickly reach a place where you can admire the magnificent architecture and buy unique souvenirs. There are numerous cafés and restaurants close to the property - making it the perfect place for lovers of fine dining and snacks. The closest ones are La Vida lokal Pizzeria (350 m), Nano Kebab Malczynscy (350 m) and WW Café (650 m). There is also no shortage of grocery shops here, which will help our guests to easily stock up on essential products. This point is perfectly connected with the rest of the city - guests are only a few minutes' walk (about 400 metres) from the nearest public transport stops. It is a great place to relax for parents organising a trip with their children, couples looking for a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, as well as for business travellers. The area is a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which will allow you to relax. At the same time, it is located not far from the city centre.

The comfortable flat, on its area of 54 m², can accommodate 4 people. It will be an excellent choice when looking for accommodation for a trip to Wroclaw. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, a chest of drawers, a TV and a coffee table. The separate bedroom provides privacy and is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. It features a comfortable double bed. A modern TV with SmartTV function and WIFI internet access. These will provide entertainment for long evenings, and our guests will be able to watch their favourite films and series during the trip. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary items for preparing meals. Thanks to this, our guests will be able to spend a pleasant time together while cooking and eating the prepared dishes. The flat has a comfortable table with chairs where you can sit with the whole family. The cosy bathroom has a bathtub, hairdryer and towels. A large terrace with garden furniture allows you to enjoy a cup of your favourite coffee in the fresh air. The flat also comes with a parking space in the underground garage.
