Apartment Villa Rosa: Originally, an old Madeiran manor house with thick basalt walls stood on this site. The building's condition, as well as our high standards for architecture and quality, precluded a simple renovation. Instead, we opted for a symbiosis of modern architecture and the preservation of the characteristic basalt stone walls. The project was completed in April 2016. Villa Rosa, located on the ground floor, is the only apartment in the complex with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A spacious, traditional courtyard in front of the house invites you to relax. Ideal for families with children or two couples.
