The area of the "Rose villa" house has a total of 400 m2 where the total construction area covers 300 m2 and was built in the year 2012; so new. An ample private parking car space with a remote electric gate. the construction was carried out mainly on the ground floor and the rest on the top floor. The ground floor consists of a Hall of distribution, a big living room and dining room, a full modern kitchen, a laundry area equipped with a washing machine, and a service bathroom in support of this area is equipped with quality.
