Two additional bedrooms are accessible via a separate entrance and are in total furnished with two 140 cm x 190 cm double beds and a 90 x 190 cm single bed. The living room houses two additional single beds next to the old mill stone, separated from the rest of the room by a curtain. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating and has a wooden fireplace (firewood is available). Wireless internet access is also available. Outside, there is a private garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue, toys and a kiddie pool. You can park your vehicle on one of the ten car parking spaces the property has to offer. The house is wheelchair accessible. The owner lives in the main house and is available should any questions arise during your stay; they speak Spanish, French, English and German. The house is perfect for a family or a small group. It is also close to the beach (Espinho, about 4 km). There is also a casino, a weekly market, a restaurant and supermarkets. It is 15 km or to Gaia and Porto; it is a 30 minute drive to Aveiro (Portugal's Venice). It is only a five minute drive to Santa Maria de Feira.
