Description

This two bedroom ocean front apartment is on the first floor of the two-storey building. It is well equipped and features wide open spaces and a fresh ambience. The apartment consists of an airy open plan living-/dining area with integrated, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The two bedrooms are furnished with a 140x 200 cm double bed each. The living area offers comfortable sofas, a flatscreen TV with more than 100 cable channels and a dining table with chairs. Next to it the kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom has a bath tub with a shower device, a wash basin, toilet and a hair dryer. The apartment has its own washing machine and also free Wifi access. From your private balcony with garden furniture you can enjoy the stunning sea views. Porto Martins is a calm and safe bathing area, one of the best places to enjoy vacations in Terceira island. This parish is also a wine region with lots of vineyards and it is the only place in the Azores where olives grow. Porto Martins is also famous for it's natural pools that are just a 3 minutes walk away from our apartments. There you can also find a nice restaurant and a bar nearby. There is also a boardwalk, a little fishing harbor and a surf zone. Porto Martins has the particularity of being close to both cities of the island, about 6 Km from Praia da Vitória and 18 Km from Angra do Heroísmo. There is also a golf course and other attractions within a 15 minutes drive.
